Blaine Brothers Group (Blaine Brothers, North American Trailer, Hydraulic Specialty Inc., TruckAline) has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.
“Blaine Brothers biggest asset isn’t what the company can do, it’s the people who do it,” CEO Dean Dally says. “Blaine Brothers staff is engaged and invested in both the success of the company and our customers and it is that commitment that has allowed us to evolve from a one-truck operation into the multifaceted service provider we are today.”
The Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from more than 76,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
“Blaine Brothers continues to be a family run business for more than four decades and we’ve worked hard to bring strong family values to everything we do and earn the respect of our employees, customers and community because of this commitment,” the company says. “It’s an honor to be recognized by our local community as a top workplace based on our employee feedback.”
The rankings in the Top Workplaces list are based on survey information collected by Energage, which specializes in employee engagement and retention. These companies have been recognized based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees.
“The companies in the Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies,” says Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith.
