This past weekend we were at I-94 Sure Step Speedway in Fergus Falls, MN for the 3rd Annual Bob Gierke Memorial. There were 34 Modifieds in attendance. We started 6th in our heat and finished 5th after a driver in front of us had a bad start causing us to pretty much stop and fall into last place. This did not give us enough passing points to transfer into the feature so we had to run the B main, where we started 3rd and finished 2nd. This transferred us to the feature, where we will start 22nd. But the feature will be ran on July 31st as Mother nature decided to end the races for the night.
We still are trying to figure out a few things with this new car. Just when we think we have it, we find something else that needs to be changed. Hopefully, we can get it going soon so that we can find victory lane.
This weekend we will be back at I-94 Sure Step Speedway on Friday night and Ogilvie Raceway on Saturday.
