After a few weeks off due to the tire shortage, Jeremy is back in action this past weekend where he competed at the Punky Manor at Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, WI. There were 33 Modifieds in attendance. He had an excellent draw that put him on the pole for his heat race but he was unable to capitalize as he fell back to 5th after a horrible restart a few laps into the race. This still qualified him for the feature on Saturday but he would roll off in the 18th starting position. When the green flag flew, Jeremy wasted no time and started to move towards the front. With about 10 laps to go, he found himself in 8th when the caution had waved. The driver, similar to the heat race, had a bad restart and fell back to 13th. But, Jeremy was able to rally back to a 10th place finish. If he did not have that restart, he should have easily finished in the top 5, but that is how it goes sometimes.
