This past weekend Jeremy competed at the Topless Nationals at Ogilvie Raceway. There were 27 Modifieds in attendance. On Friday he ran his heat race and won from the 2nd starting position. Saturday was the feature and after the redraw, he started 6th. At the drop of the green Jeremy began wasting no time and started moving forward and found himself in 3rd just a handful of laps into the race. Throughout the race there were a few cautions and none of them were in his favor as he got shuffled back to 6th at one point. But on the last green flag run Jeremy battled back up to 4th and he fell just short of 2nd and 3rd. Jeremy was very fast on the long green flag runs but after every caution, it would take a few laps for his car to come in. Knowing how fast he was, it was a very disappointing 4th place finish.
Next up, Jeremy heads south to compete with the USMTS at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, KS on Friday followed by 81 Speedway in Park City, KS on Saturday.
