Meet Our Team
Dean Dally
Chairman of the Board
Dean Dally is the Chairman of the Board for the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. He is a second-generation owner, celebrating over 45 years with the companies.
Dean has previously held many positions before residing to his current role as Chairman of the Board, including parts runner, janitor, tow truck driver, shop supervisor, general manager, President, and CEO.
Dean also currently sits as a member on the Village Bank Board.
Mike Gray
Board Member
Mike Gray is recently retired from his role as Vice President of Finance after celebrating over 35 years with the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. He now serves as a dedicated member of the Board.
During his distinguished career with the Family of Companies, Mike oversaw financial reporting, cash management, and banking and financial relationships. Starting as a staff accountant, he was promoted to controller, then CFO, and ultimately VP of Finance. His extensive experience provided him with invaluable insights into the company’s growth and the key factors behind its success.
Mike is a graduate of Mankato State University, where he earned a double bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Outside of work, Mike remains an active community leader. He is the President of Lord of the Lakes Church in Forest Lake, the Vice President of the Center Lakes Association in Lindstrom, and a Member of the Chisago Lakes Lions.
Spencer Dally
CEO
Spencer Dally recently succeeded his father, Dean, as CEO of the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies, continuing a proud legacy of leadership and innovation. While embracing his new responsibilities as CEO, Spencer continues to carry out his day-to-day role as General Manager of North American Trailer, where he oversees the full operation and drives its continued success.
With over 13 years of experience at North American Trailer, Spencer’s leadership journey reflects his dedication and versatility. He began with hands-on roles such as cleaning the office, running parts, and supervising the tank shop, before rising to senior leadership. His commitment to fostering strong relationships, empowering teams, and delivering operational excellence has been instrumental in the company’s growth.
In addition to his leadership roles, Spencer serves on the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies board and actively advises the national CAPS high school program, inspiring the next generation of industry leaders.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys outdoor adventures such as dirt biking, snowmobiling, and spending time on the water. He is also dedicated to giving back, having supported his best friend’s foundation in raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and All Kids Bike, which promotes active lifestyles for children, for over eight years.
Tim Grabow
President
Tim Grabow is the President of Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. His area of responsibility includes working with the senior leadership team to help direct company initiatives, culture and inspire new ideas for growth. He also works extensively on all internal and external business relationships.
Tim has been in the heavy-duty aftermarket for 25 years. Starting in a shop cleaning at age 13, he has worked in many positions, from general repair to complete engine overhauls. His training has come from several mentors as well as manufacture training. He joined Blaine Brothers as an engine rebuilder in 2001, worked his way to become the truck shop manager in 2005, Vice President role in 2012, and now resides as the President for Blaine Brothers Family of Companies since March of 2023.
He has also attended and graduated from multiple executive management courses. He is a executive committee board member for Blaine Brothers Family of Companies, executive board chair for HDA Truck Pride, member of the Minnesota Trucking association and helps advise the national CAPS high school program.
Susan Gard
VP of Human Resources
Susan Gard is the VP of Human Resources. Her area of responsibility includes recruitment, training, and facilitation.
She has over 25 years of human resources experience working for a range of industries, including manufacturing, animal nutrition, and transportation. Susan joined Blaine Brothers in 2016.
Susan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she received a B.B.A in Management and a B.A., in Psychology.
Tucker Dally
General Manager Hydraulic Specialty
Tucker Dally has been with the company since 1997 and currently holds the position of General Manager at Hydraulic Specialty. Tucker’s responsibilities include managing the P&L and driving business development.
He started working as a night truck mechanic at the Blaine location in 2003. Additional roles he’s held at the company include the engine shop, night shift supervisor, day shift supervisor, and truck shop supervisor. In his current role, he is a strong leader in the hydraulic world and understands the importance of growth and results.
Tucker is a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute in Glendale Heights, IL. Tucker holds multiple certifications such as Management and Leadership Training, Multiple Technical Training Certifications from suppliers such as ZF Sachs, Caterpillar, Weller, Cummins, Stemco, Muncie, and more. Tucker currently sits on the board for the Minnesota Trucking Association Annual Conference Committee.
Spike Dally
Account Manager Blaine Brothers
Spike Dally has been with the company for over 20 years. Before holding the title of Account Manager, Spike held a variety of job titles including curb sweeper, weed picker, stock person, parts delivery runner, parts warehouse worker, warehouse manager, and counter sales.
In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring customers get the service they expect. He enjoys helping customers find solutions to their problems and thinking outside the box to get things done.
Spike has been in truck and trailer parts for over 20 years and in 2018 won The Salesman of the Year award.
Warren Roseborough
CFO
Warren Roseborough is the CFO at Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. Warren joined the company as a Controller and maintained that position for several years, before being promoted to CFO. He guides team members to look beyond the math on a page for financial decisions and to incorporate other external and strategic factors when making business decisions.
Warren is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he received a Bachelor of Science. Warren went on to attend the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management earning an MBA. Warren previously sat on the Charter Commission for Blaine for 10 years.

Just 10 miles outside of Eau Claire and directly east of the Twin Cities, Chippewa Falls is served by a network of U.S. and state highways, with excellent proximity for the transportation industry. The junction of STH 29 and USH 53 is a main route from Superior Wisc. to Eau Claire and on to Chicago, Ill., as well as providing great access to the Wausau and Green Bay Wisc. areas. The new Chippewa Falls facility will offer truck, trailer, and tank service, including in-shop and emergency roadside service on medium to heavy-duty vehicles. In addition, the facility will sell parts and tires.
