At North American Trailer, 2025 was defined by one simple mission: keep our customers’ equipment reliable, safe, and on the road. Over the past year, our teams delivered that commitment every day through service excellence, responsive support, and dependable parts availability.
Service Operations: From the Shop to the Roadside
Throughout 2025, our service teams completed 58,039 shop jobs, handling everything from preventive maintenance to complex trailer repairs. When customers needed immediate help, we responded with 10,087 service calls and completed 3,680 tows, providing critical support during breakdowns and roadside situations.
We also completed 250 large-scale service projects, reinforcing our ability to manage demanding jobs that require experience, coordination, and attention to detail.
Parts Operations: Reliability You Can Count On
Our parts operation played a vital role in keeping fleets running efficiently. Over the course of the year, 130,071 parts were ordered and processed, supporting both in-shop repairs and customer-led maintenance efforts.
We fulfilled 33,455 deliveries and pickups, backed by 6,001 delivery routes and 41,213 individual stops. Every delivery reflected our commitment to getting the right part to the right place at the right time.
Serving Customers, Building Trust
In total, North American Trailer and our partner teams served 8,851 customers in 2025. These numbers represent more than service activity. They represent relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to keeping trailers safe and compliant.
